My own training background was based in fitness and strength before competitive bodybuilding, and I work with athletes who enjoy different training modalities. 

Some like to mix performance and fitness goals, with physique and fat loss. Other just want to build as much muscle as possible, or focus solely on fat loss. Wherever you are in your journey, we can set goals together and stay accountable to them, with educated guidance and expertise. 

I’m qualified, and insured, to deliver nutrition coaching, performance nutrition, and meal plans, but flexible dieting is a method many of my roster prefer. 

As one of my clients, you gain free membership to Cronometer Gold, which is the premium version of the food tracking app, and we can review your choices and habits at each weekly check in. 

Your weekly check in feedback is detailed, and in written and video form, alongside rationale and education where relevant. I like to make sure you understand the why's behind our adjustments, and not just what to do, so that you learn self efficacy and autonomy. 

You have access to my app, with my video library and education and I can assign your own workout, supplement plan and habit tracking to provide me with valuable data for informed decisions to keeping you on track. 

Services
Investments start from £150pcm and require a minimum 12 week commitment. A huge amount of time with each new client, is front-loaded in the onboarding process, which is why I ask for an admin fee up front, of £100.
